DAY 1: Arriver à Yogyakarta.
Meet your guide at the international airport of Adisucipto, Yogyakarta. Direct transfer to hotel.

DAY 2: Yogyakarta City Tour.
You will do the Yogyakarta city tour on this day to learn more about Javanese culture. We will accompany you to visit Kota Gedhe, around 5km from the city center. And then, you will visit the Sultan Palace or Kraton, where it is still habited by the royal family. You will have the chance to understand more about Javanese culture. Continue to visit Tamansari in the afternoon. Then you can go to see Batik workshop and the bird market. You can visit the goldsmiths if you wish.

DAY 3: Yogyakarta – Borobudur + Village Tour
Depart at 8 am to Borobudur temple. You will visit Borobudur, the biggest Buddhist temple in Indonesia. From Borobudur, you will go to Selogriyo to do some hiking through a village and a beautiful terraced ricefield. You will discover the Javanese rural life.

DAY 4: Nglanggeran & Prambanan
Transfer to Nglanggeran, the ancient volcano located on the eastern side of Yogyakarta province. You will do some hiking where you can see beautiful mountainous scenery and the south sea. We will accompany you to pass through a local house where you can have lunch there. In the afternoon, transfer to Prambanan to visit the temple. Prambanan is the biggest and the most beautiful Hindu temple in Indonesia.

Nglanggeran – Prambanan ± 45 minutes

DAY 5: Sadranan Beach – Pacitan’s Cave
After breakfast, transfer to Sadranan beach in the region of Gunung Kidul. You can relax on the beautiful white-sand beach. In the afternoon, transfer to Pacitan to visit a cave. Pacitan is a region known for its caves.

DAY 6: Beach
On this day, you will have the time to enjoy the beach around Pacitan Regency.

DAY 7: Pacitan – Malang
Transfer to Malang by Pujon, a pretty mountainous region. You can stop by Coban Rondo waterfall. After that, you will visit the tea farm and the factory to discover the making of tea. The culture of drinking tea in Indonesia started by the Dutch culture in 1830 in Garut, West Java and East Java.

Pacitan – Malang ± 7h

DAY 8: Malang > Bromo
Transfer by car to Cemoro Lawang, at the edge of Tengger Caldera where you can see Bromo volcano. Free program in the afternoon or you can go directly to do the ascension of Bromo where there are not much of tourists or you can just take a walk around the hotel.

DAY 9: Bromo – Kalibaru.
Depart at 3 am by Jeep to Penanjakan, 2767m. You will see a magnificent view of the Tengger caldera and its three active volcanos: Bromo (2329 m), Batok (2470 m), and Semeru (3676 m). If you’re lucky, you can see the smoke from Semeru volcano. Return to the hotel by Jeep to have breakfast before checking out from the hotel. Depart at 9 am to Kalibaru.

Bromo – Kalibaru ± 4h-5h by car

DAY 10: Kalibaru – Ketapang
Plantation tour 2h
Kalibaru is a famous region for coffee plantations since the colonization of the Dutch. After breakfast, you will be taken to discover the diversity of plantations such as coffee, cacao, nutmeg, vanilla, etc. Before you go to Ketapang, we will accompany you to visit a fisherman’s village in Muncar. It is well-known for its stunning traditional wooden boat. Transfer to Ketapang in the afternoon.

DAY 11: Trek Kawah Ijen. Transfer to Bali.
Depart at 4.30 am to Paltuding to start the trek of Ijen.
You will have a breakfast box with you. The trek will accompanied by a local guide. After 1 and a half hours of walking you wight be able to see the porter of sulfur passing by, you will find a magnificent panorama of the biggest acid lake in the world where hundreds of sulfur porters work every day. Return to hotel to take a bath (Check out at 12 pm). Transfer to Bali by ferry.

DAY 12: Snorkeling à l’île Menjangan
On this day you will have the chance to go snorkeling on the island of Menjangan, Pemuteran. The tour will end after snorkeling in Menjangan. You can continue your trip to Bali with your plan.
Note: we can arrange a trip to Bali or the shuttle service to the other part of Bali or the closest Airport with an additional charge.
