DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN YOGYAKARTA

Arrival in Yogyakarta International Airport, Welcomed by Our Guide and or Driver. They will accompany you directly to your hotel.

DAY 2: VISIT YOGYAKARTA + PRAMBANAN

After breakfast, You will drive to Prambanan to visit the biggest Hindu temple in Indonesia. Prambanan is called the best and most beautiful Hindu temple in Indonesia. It was built in the 9th Century by the dynasty of Sanjaya. The temple cluster of 240 big and small temples. Prambanan Temple dedicated to the God of Trinity: Brahma, Wisnu, and Shiva. These temples have reliefs carved traditionally. The reliefs tell the story of the Ramayana, and you can watch performances at night (see schedule). After this activity, you will return to Yogyakarta city to visit the Sultan Palace or what we usually call Kraton. Kraton is the primary residence of the Sultan or King. The visit will show you about Javanese life, philosophy, and architecture. You can continue to visit Tamansari or the former water palace of the Sultan. Currently, the Tamansari complex is damaged. There are still buildings remaining, including gates, pools, hidden mosques and underground tunnels. The People came to this area and built a house to stay. The visit will show you the real Javanese life near Kraton.

Afternoon You can visit the bird market and home industry of Batik tissue as traditional cloth and silver handicraft.

DAY 3: BOROBUDUR AND MEET THE LOCAL

After breakfast, transfer directly to Magelang Regency, about 40 km from Yogyakarta city center, or 1 hour’s drive to visit Borobudur temple. Borobudur is one of the most visited temples in Indonesia. Borobudur is the biggest Buddhist temple in Indonesia. This place made by volcanic stone in the 8th Century. From Borobudur, you will invited to visit one of the villages around the temple to see how the local residents live.

DAY 4 : YOGYAKARTA- BROMO (BY TRAIN)

Check out from the hotel in the early morning to go to the Yogyakarta Train station to continue the trip to Surabaya. Upon arrival at Surabaya, your driver will be waiting for you and ready to take you to Cemorolawang, a village on the board of the caldera of Tengger, Bromo National park. You will stay for one night to see the sunrise in Bromo volcano the tomorrow morning.

DAY 5: PENANJAKAN – BROMO – IJEN

Transfer by Jeep for about 45 minutes to reach Penanjakan to see the sunrise from the magnificent view of the Caldera of Bromo. After taking some pictures, you will be taken down to the bottom of the caldera to climb to the crater of Bromo. You will climb for about 45 minutes by walk. After that, you will retake the Jeep to go back to the hotel to eat the breakfast. And then continue the trip to Kawah Ijen for about 6 hours drive.

DAY 6: CITY TOUR BANYUWANGI – PLANTATION AND AGRICULTURE VISIT

You can enjoy this day by exploring the city of Banyuwangi. You can visit the first Chinese temple in the region. After that, you can head to the village to visit the plantation of coffee, rubber, etc. And end the day by walking around the rice field.

 DAY 7: KETAPANG – KAWAH IJEN – BALI

Transfer by Jeep to Paltuding, the starting point to climb Ijen for 1 hour. From Paltuding Ijen, you will walk for a 1.5 hour to reach the top of Ijen crater. After the Ijen trek, transfer to port Ketapang to take the ferry boat that will take you to Gilimanuk, Bali. Then, transfer to Pemuteran (north of Bali) to stay free and go diving or snorkeling in Menjangan island.
