Jour 1: ARRIVER A YOGYAKARTA

Arriver à l’Aéroport de Yogyakarta. Accueil par notre représentative qui va vous accompagner à votre hôtel. Apres midi libre. Vous pouvez vous reposer à votre Hôtel et profiter la piscine pour se rafraichir après un long vol.

Day 2: SULTAN’S PALACE – PRAMBANAN TEMPLE   

This is a day of discovery of the city of Yogyakarta. Departure by local transport from Becak which takes you to the traditional Market and then continue to the Sultan's Palace through the main street Malioboro and the small alleys to discover the local life. The Sultan's Palace, often called the Kraton Yogyakarta, is the main residence of Sultan of Yogyakarta and his family. Kraton is considered the center of Javanese culture. The Guide will explain the culture, philosophy and way of thinking of the Javanese. From 10.00 – 11.30 You can see traditional shows such as Puppets, dance with beautiful traditional Batik costumes.

Then we accompany you to one of our friends who lives near Prambanan temple. We will arrange a local lunch at a local’s house. It is an encounter with the daily life of the Javanese.

 You will continue the visit of Prambanan and Sewu which is in the same temple complex. Built in the 9th century by the Sanjaya Dynasty, Prambanan is known as the largest and most exquisite Hindu temple in Indonesia. This temple consists of 340 temples of which the three main temples are dedicated to the Trinity of Gods: Brahma, Wisnu, and Shiva. At the Shiva temple, you can see the bas-relief of Ramayana.

Jour 3: BOROBUDUR AU LEVER DU SOLEIL – VELO – MARCHE AUX OISEAUX  

Partir tôt le matin vers la region de Magelang environ 1h de route pour la visite de temple au lever du soleil. Votre guide sera en vous compagnie pour la visite de Borobudur.  Le monument se compose de neuf piles de terrasses, six carrés, et trois circulaires, couronné par un dôme central ce qu’on appelle le Stupa. Ce temple a été décoré par 2,672 bas-reliefs et 504 statues de Bouddha. Le dôme central est entouré par 72 statues de Bouddha, chacun assis dans un stupa perforé. Il est le temple Bouddhique le plus grande du monde et l’un de monuments Bouddhiste le plus important du monde. Construit au 9th siècle pendant le règne de Dynastie Shailendra, ce temple est désigné en architecture Javanaise Bouddhiste, le mélange de culte indigène des ancêtres Indonésiennes. Ce concept symbolise de « moyen d’atteindre le Nirvana »

Ensuite, Nous allons vous accompagner pour découvrir la region aux alentours de Borobudur en faisant une balade à vélo. Cette balade vous permet de découvrir la vie quotidienne des gens et des activités locales.

 Après-midi, Vous allez retourner en ville de Yogyakarta et faire la balade en Becak, un transport local non-motorisé.  Vous allez visiter le Marché aux oiseaux l’atelier de travail de Batik. Batik est   le travail artisanat de tissu avec le motive local en utilisant la cire de l’abeille. Si Vous le souhaitez On pourra organiser le cours de Batik. (Option)

Retour à votre Hôtel pour le repos.

Day 4: TRAIN TO SURABAYA – BROMO      

Check out of the hotel early in the morning to take the train to Surabaya. Your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the train station to continue the transfer to Cemoro Lawang. This is the closest village to Bromo. Check in at the hotel.

Day 5: PENANJAKAN – KALIBARU  

Departure at 03.00 from your Hotel. Transfer by Jeep about 45 minutes to reach Mount Penanjakan, the highest point with a magnificent view of the large caldera and its active volcanoes. Penanjakan is a best point to see the landscape of Bromo at sunrise. Take the Jeep back to the hotel for breakfast. Continue the road to Kalibaru

Day 6: PLANTATION TOUR – KETAPANG 

Kalibaru is a region known as a center of coffee and cocoa cultivation, since the Dutch Colonization. Now, Dutch tourists came to this region to enjoy the life and the good climate. After Breakfast quietly, You can visit a small farm of tropical plants like coffee trees, cocoa trees, coconut trees and the process of making coconut sugar. You can also find different spices like saffron, gingers, nutmeg and vanilla.

Afternoon, You will visit a fishing village Muncar, famous for beautiful traditional wooden boats with lots of colors. Muncar is the most important fishing village in Java, known for wooden boats.

Day 7: IJEN – PEMUTERAN   

To see the blue flames, you must leave at 01.00 from the hotel (if you do not want to see the blue flame, leave at 04.00 from the hotel) and transfer by Jeep about 1.5 hours by car to Paltuding to start the Kawah Ijen trek. After 1.5 hours of walking you will arrive at the edge of a large lake with a magnificent view with turquoise water. Kawah Ijen is the largest sulfuric lake in Indonesia. Every day, hundreds of people take sulfur blocks from the crater since early morning. With the headlamp, they light the lake. Kawah Ijen has an exceptional natural phenomenon. A blue flame comes out of the crater that we see at night.

Afterwards, transfer to Ketapang to take the ferry that will take you to Gilimanuk, Bali. Then transfer to Pemuteran

Day 8: PEMUTERAN – FREE DAY 

After breakfast, Transfer to Banyuwedang port to take the boat to Menjangan Island for snorkeling. You will spend a good morning on the island and eat picnic. Afternoon return to the main island of Bali and return to your Hotel.

Day 9: BANJAR – GITGIT – ULUN DANU BRATAN – MUNDUK

After breakfast, leave to visit the hot spring Banjar where you can relax. Then continue to visit the beautiful waterfall of Gitgit and you can swing if you want at the waterfall or on lake Buyan. Afternoon, You will visit Ulan Danu temple on lake Bratan and Candi Kuning market near the temple. Beratan is one of 3 volcanic lakes Buyan and Tamblingan. The temple is dedicated for the Goddess of Sri. The temple has a very beautiful view of the lake and its surrounding mountainous region.

Day 10: BLIMBING RICE FIELD – TANAH LOT – UBUD 

After a good breakfast, Transfer to Belimbing, the village of West Bali famous for its beautiful rice terraces, very little visited by international tourists. You will take a short hike with a local guide to discover the village of Belimbing, through the rice fields, coffee and clove trees, banana trees.

 Continue to the south coast of Bali to visit Tanah Lot Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in Bali which is most visited by local and international tourists especially at sunset.

Late afternoon transfer to Ubud. Check-in at your hotel.

Day 11: FREE DAY IN UBUD 

You can discover the city of Ubud by visiting by yourself the Ubud Temple, Ubud Palace, the traditional market, the Painting Museum. In the evening, you can attend the cultural show of traditional Balinese dance at Ubud Palace (without Car/Guide).

Day 12: VISIT UBUD 

In the morning, You will visit Tirta Empul temple, a water temple with sacred water coming from a natural spring. The temple is considered as the purification temple for the Hindu community of Bali. You can mix with locals and do the purification ceremony. You must wear the sarong. Afterwards, You will continue to visit Gunung Kawi temple, a monument of tombs of the royal family of Marwadewa and Anak Wungsu.

Afternoon, you will discover the Arts of Bali by visiting some craft workshops in UBUD and you can buy typical Balinese souvenirs.

If you wish, you can visit the monkey forest before returning to the hotel.

Day 13: TEGALLALANG RICE FIELD – KINTAMANI – PENGLIPURAN SIDEMEN

Out of your Hotel, departure for Tegalalalang, one of the most beautiful corners of Bali on the rice terraces like a painting. A short stop to take pictures and take a short walk through the rice fields. Continue up to the village of Kintamani, the viewpoint to see a beautiful volcano of Batur and Lake Batur. Kintamani is the village on the edge of the Batur Caldera.

Afternoon, you will visit the traditional village of Penglipuran, considered the cleanest village in Asia. This allows you to discover Balinese life and culture. Check in to your hotel in Sidemen.

Day 14: SIDEMEN – TIRTAGANGGA 

You can sleep in, wake up in nature...After a good breakfast, transfer to the south coast of Bali to visit the Gua Lawa temple or the temple of the mouse saviors where the Balinese have just performed the ceremony and brought the offerings.

Continue to Tirtagangga to visit the royal baths where the Balinese come to bathe with their families. It is a beautiful garden with swimming pools and fish ponds built by King Karangasem in 1949. Tirtagangga is considered a summer palace, with a beautiful view of the rice terraces. Afternoon, you will take a break at Pasir Putih beach to refresh yourself in the village of Bali aga Tenganan before returning to Sidemen
