Day 1: ARRIVAL IN YOGYAKARTA
Arrival at Yogyakarta International Airport. Welcome by our representative. Transfer to Semawung Village, about 30 minutes by car to discover the local Javanese life, traditional houses. We will prepare a local lunch, to welcome you, what we call Tumpeng.
After lunch, we will go for a walk in the countryside to discover the daily life of the Javanese before going to Yogyakarta. Check-in at the hotel

Day 2: SULTAN’S PALACE – PRAMBANAN TEMPLE
This is a day of discovery of the city of Yogyakarta. Departure by local transport from Becak which takes you to the traditional market and after you will go to the Sultan's Palace passing through the main street Malioboro with the small alleys to discover the local life. The Sultan's Palace, we often call it the Kraton Yogyakarta, the main residence of Sultan of Yogyakarta and his family. Kraton is considered as the center of Javanese culture. The Guide will explain to you the culture, philosophy and way of thinking of the Javanese. From 10.00 – 11.30 You can see traditional performances, puppets, dance with beautiful traditional Batik costumes.
You will continue the visit of Prambanan and Sewu which is in the same temple complex. Built in the 9th Built in the 18th century by the Sanjaya Dynasty, Prambanan is known as the largest and most exquisite Hindu temple in Indonesia. This temple complex consists of 340 temples, including the three main temples dedicated to the Trinity of Gods: Brahma, Wisnu, and Shiva. At the Shiva Temple, you can see the bas-relief of Ramayana.

Day 3: BOROBUDUR – WALK IN THE RICE FIELDS
In the morning, you will visit Borobudur Temple, the largest Buddhist temple, surrounded by the active volcanoes of Java: Merapi, Merbabu, Sindoro and Sumbing. The temple is built on a hill, consisting of nine terraced piles, six square, and three circular, crowned by a central dome called the Stupa. This temple was decorated by 2,672 bas-reliefs and 504 Buddha statues. The central dome is surrounded by 72 Buddha statues, each seated in a perforated stupa. Built in the 9th centuryth century during the reign of Shailendra Dynasty, this temple is designated in Javanese Buddhist architecture, The Mandala a design of the mixture of indigenous Indonesian ancestor worship to attain Nirvana.
Afternoon, transfer to the village famous for its terraced rice fields at the foot of Sumbing Volcano. We will walk through the villages and terraced rice fields to discover the daily life of the Javanese and their rice harvests. You can find a beautiful small Hindu temple at the end of your walk. Return to your hotel for rest.

Day 4: TRAIN TO SURABAYA – BROMO
Check out of the hotel early in the morning to take the train to Surabaya. Your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the train station to continue the transfer to Cemoro Lawang. This is the closest village to Bromo. Check in at the hotel.

Day 5: PENANJAKAN – KALIBARU
Départ à 03.00 de votre Hôtel. Transfert en Jeep environ 45 minutes pour rejoindre Mont Penanjakan, le point culminant avec une vue magnifique sur la grande caldeira et ses volcans actifs. Penanjakan est le meilleur point pour voir le paysage de Bromo au lever du soleil. Reprendre la Jeep pour retourner à l’hôtel pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Continuez la route vers Kalibaru

Day 6: PLANTATION TOUR – KETAPANG
Kalibaru is a region renowned as a center for coffee and cocoa harvesting since Dutch colonization. Dutch tourists came to this region to enjoy the lifestyle and the good climate. After After breakfast, you can visit a small farm of tropical plants such as coffee, cocoa, coconut trees and the process of making coconut sugar. You can also find different spices such as saffron, ginger, nutmeg and vanilla.
In the afternoon, you will visit the fishing village of Muncar, famous for its beautiful, colorful traditional wooden boats. Muncar is the largest fishing village in Java, known for its wooden boats.

Day 7: IJEN – PEMUTERAN
To see the blue flames, you will have to leave at 01:00 from the hotel (if you do not want to see the blue flame, leave at 04:00 from the hotel) and transfer by Jeep about 1.5 hours by car to Paltuding to start the Kawah Ijen trek. After 1.5 hours of walking you will arrive at the edge of a large lake with a magnificent view with turquoise water. Kawah Ijen is the largest sulfuric lake in Indonesia. Every day, hundreds of people take sulfur blocks from the crater early in the morning. With a headlamp, they light the lake. Kawah Ijen is an exceptional natural phenomenon. A blue flame comes out of the crater that can be seen at night.
Afterwards, transfer to Ketapang to take the ferry that will take you to Gilimanuk, Bali. Then transfer to Pemuteran

Day 8: PEMUTERAN – FREE DAY
After breakfast, transfer to Banyuwedang harbor to take the boat to Menjangan Island for snorkeling. You will spend a pleasant morning on the island and enjoy a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, return to the main island of Bali and return to your hotel.

Day 9: BANJAR – GITGIT – ULUN DANU BRATAN – MUNDUK
After breakfast, you will visit the Banjar hot spring where you can relax. Then you will continue to visit the beautiful Gitgit waterfall and you can swing if you wish at the waterfall or on Lake Buyan. In the afternoon, you will visit the Ulan Danu temple on Lake Bratan and the Candi Kuning market near the temple. Beratan is one of the 3 volcanic lakes Buyan and Tamblingan. The temple is dedicated to the Goddess of Sri. The temple has a very beautiful view of the lake and its surrounding mountainous region.

Day 10: BLIMBING RICE TERRACES – TANAH LOT – UBUD
After a hearty breakfast, transfer to Belimbing, a village in western Bali renowned for its beautiful terraced rice paddies, rarely visited by international tourists. You'll go on a short hike with a local guide to discover the village of Belimbing, through rice paddies, coffee, clove, and banana trees.
You will continue to the south coast of Bali to visit Tanah Lot Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in Bali which is most visited by local tourists and international tourists especially at sunset.
Late afternoon transfer to Ubud. Check-in at your hotel.

Day 11: FREE DAY IN UBUD
You can discover the town of Ubud by visiting on your own the Ubud Temple, Ubud Palace, the traditional market, the Painting Museum. In the evening, you can attend the cultural show of traditional Balinese dance at Ubud Palace (without Car/Guide).

Day 12: VISIT UBUD
In the morning, you will visit Tirta Empul Temple, a water temple with sacred water from a natural spring. The temple is considered the temple of purification for the Hindu community of Bali. You will be able to mingle with the locals and do the purification ceremony. You will have to wear the sarong. Afterwards, you will continue to visit Gunung Kawi Temple, a monument of tombs of the royal family of Marwadewa and Anak Wungsu.
In the afternoon, you will discover the Arts of Bali by visiting some craft workshops in UBUD and you can buy typical Balinese souvenirs.
If you wish, you can visit the monkey forest before returning to the hotel.

Day 13: TEGALLALANG RICE FIELD – KINTAMANI – PENGLIPURAN SIDEMEN
Leaving your hotel, departure for Tegalalalang, one of the most beautiful corners of Bali on the rice terraces like in a painting. A short stop to take photos and take a short walk through the rice fields. You will continue to climb to the village of Kintamani, the viewpoint to see a beautiful volcano of Batur and Lake Batur. Kintamani is the village on the edge of the Batur Caldera.
In the afternoon, you will visit the traditional village of Penglipuran, considered the cleanest village in Asia. This will allow you to discover Balinese life and culture. Check-in at your hotel in Sidemen.

Day 14: SIDEMEN – TIRTAGANGGA
You can sleep in, wake up in nature...After a good breakfast, transfer to the south coast of Bali to visit the Gua Lawa temple or the temple of the mouse saviors where the Balinese have just performed the ceremony and brought the offerings.
You will continue to Tirtagangga to visit the royal baths, where Balinese families come to bathe. It is a magnificent garden with pools and fish ponds, built by the King of Karangasem in 1949. Tirtagangga is considered a summer palace, offering beautiful views of the terraced rice fields. In the afternoon, you will stop at Pasir Putih Beach to refresh yourself, then visit the traditional Balinese village of Tenganan before returning to Sidemen.

Day 15: TRANSFER TO DENPASAR BALI AIRPORT.
Free morning and transfer to Bali airport to take the return flight to PARIS.
