Day 1: Arrival in Yogyakarta
- A warm welcome by our guide/representative at the Adisucipto International Airport. He/she will bring a paging board with your name on it.
- Direct transfer to your Hotel during your stay in Jogjakarta. In the afternoon you could enjoy taking a rest beside the swimming pool of the hotel or take a massage to recover your fatigue after a long international flight. Java is famous of its method of massage for fatigue and health.

Day 2: Yogyakarta City Tour
- You will have a city tour around Yogyakarta to enjoy and understand the culture and the daily life of Javanese people.
- We will accompany you to visit Kota Gede (about 5 km from city center). Kota gede was the ancient capital of the Kingdom of Islam Mataram in 1577. You can enjoy the walk around the small streets, in the traditional market, and meet the Javanese. You could also visit the silver handicraft workshop who’s become the trademark of Kota Gede.
- Visiting Kraton or Sultan Palace. Discover the Javanese culture more and more. The Sultan Palace (we call it also Kraton) is consider as the Javanese culture center.
- In the afternoon, we continue to visit the ruin of the Tamansari Water Castle. Then we continue our visit in the Bird market. You can watch the making of Batik (traditional cloth of Indonesia) if you want it.

Day 3: Yogyakarta-Borobudur
- 1 hour trip from Yogyakarta to Borobudur
- In the morning, you will visit Borobudur. Borobudur is the biggest Buddhist temple in Indonesia, build in the 9th century. The temple will show you the Buddhist’s philosophy about how to reach the Nirwana. It’s a 9 leveled temple, with 500 statues of Buddha and more than 2 km of relief. You will be at the giant round bedrock and admire the beauty of the nature around the temple. Borobudur is consider as the world people’s heritage by the UNESCO.
- In the afternoon, you could visit a black smith who works on the Keris. Keris is a traditional knife original from Java. Keris is a symbol of power in the traditional Javanese costume. Empu sungkowo is a master of Javanese Keris. He is the 18th generation of Empu Jeno Harumbojo.

Day 4: Merapi-Prambanan
- You will discover Merapi in the morning, one of the most dangerous volcano in the world. Merapi makes a fiery cloud which can descent extremely fast. It the hot gas from the volcano. The temperature could reach 700° C. We call it “Wedhus Gembel”. There is always an eruption every 3-6 years and the eruption in 2010 is the biggest eruption since 1780. You could enjoy the volcano by foot or by jeep for a better exploration range. After that you will visit Prambanan and you could enjoy your lunch with the resident for understand more about Javanese culture.
- In the afternoon, you will visit Prambanan, it is the biggest Hindu temple complex in Indonesia with more than 200 temple while 16 temples has been restored. The temple is dedicated to the trinity of God, Brahma, Wishnu, and Siva. You will know about the history of Ramayana which drawn on the wall of Siva temple. You could enjoy the visit of Sewu temple which has Buddhist characteristic.

Day 5: Yogyakarta>Bromo
- Transfer by train from Yogyakarta with an executive class seat which will make you be able to rest and discover the beautiful panorama of Javanese village and the rural life. It’s a good way to get some time without being tired of the trip.
- Continue to the village of Cemoro Lawang by car on the edge of the caldera of Tengger where we can see Bromo. Bromo in the afternoon is so quite! Tourists usually arrive at the hotel in Bromo late at night. You could visit Bromo peacefully and take unique photos.

Day 6: Bromo-Ketapang
- 4 – 5 hours by car from Bromo to Kalibaru
- Depart by jeep to mount Pananajakan (2967 m).
- A magnificent view from the great caldera of Tengger and the three volcano, Bromo (2329 m), Batok (2470 m), and Semeru (3676 m). If you had a chance, you could see the smoke of Semeru. Pananjakan is the culminating point of the caldera where tourists stop by to take pictures. Go back with the jeep to hotel, but if you like it, you could walk down through the small path where very little amount of tourist or even the local people take it.
Go back to hotel to enjoy breakfast before we continue the trip. - Departure at 9 to Kalibaru

Day 7: Kawah Ijen-Bali
- Trip : 3 hours round trip
Climb to Kawah Ijen : 3-4 hours up and down
1 hours cross by ferry
Departure at 4:30 by jeep to Paltuding to begin the climb to Kawah Ijen - Climb to Kawah Ijen.
After 1 hour walk and meet the sulfur porter along the way, you will find a beautiful lunar scenery from the biggest acid lake in the world where hundreds of sulfur porters work every day to supply the sulfur for the medical industry, matches industry, and the company of explosive production.
Things to bring in Ijen : warm clothes, hiking shoes, mineral water, a masker, a snack for the sulfur porter. - Trip to Bali by ferry stop at port Gilimanuk, continue to Pemuteran (about 30 minutes to rest before we continue the visit of Bali and snorkeling if you like it). We could gice you some advice for that part.

Day 8: Snorkeling in Menjangan Island
- Short transfer by car to the port and then about 30 minutes go with motorboat to Menjangan Island
Menjangan is an island on the north side of Bali, close to Pemuteran. We will accompany you to spend the morning in the small island. You could dive with the oxygen bottle or simply with the mask and tuba. You will find a lot of colored fish and a garden of coral. - Free in the afternoon.

Day 9-10: Munduk
- 2 days discover the region of Munduk-Bedugul around the Balinese life, beautiful waterfalls, beautiful lake, and beautiful temple around the region. Munduk is a very beautiful region of northern Bali which is famous as the central of coffee, the clove, and the chocolate. You can enjoy canoeing around in the tropical forest to feel the peaceful Bali.

Day 11: Munduk Blimbing-Tanah Lot Ubud
- In the morning you will visit Blimbing, a village in western Bali which is famous for the leveled rice field. It’s your chance to meet the true Balinese life. You could see how Balinese work in the rice field and subak system.
- In the afternoon, we go to Tanah lot in the southern Bali. Tanah lot is a must visit temple in Bali. Millions of tourist came every day especially to see the sunset. The temple is built on a rock and made an island during the high tide. It’s the most beautiful temple in Bali. You will find a beautiful hotel with the direct view to the temple and golf field. There are a lot of new couple who has done a pre-wedding photoshoot here.
- Transfer to Ubud.

Day 12: Ubud and The Surrounding
- Transfer to the region of Tampaksiring. You will visit Gunung Kawi in the morning, an ancient temple from the 11th century, a grave on the hill of rock to commemorate the King Anak Wungsu a descendant of King Udayana. It’s a unique temple of Bali which is built near the Pakerisan River in the bottom of a beautiful ricefield.
- Continue to visit the Tirta Empul temple. The temple has a sacre water in it. Balinese come to this place every day to purify the life and the dead. With the traditional clothes, Balinese and tourist all together soak in the basin while preparing the offer, and they pray. The temple is located near the Presidential Palace.
- In the afternoon, you will visit the city center of Ubud and go to the market to buy some souvenirs.
- The evening you could watch the Balinese dance (optional, exclude, ask the guide).

Day 13: Ubud and The Surrounding
- Start at 9:00 am to Kintamani, a village on the edge of the huge caldera of Mt. Batur (about 1000m height). Batur is an active volcano in Bali, located in the bug caldera. When the weather is clear, Batur offer a wonderful panoramic picture. You could do some hiking through the ancient lava flow for about 3 hours walking.
- In the afternoon, you could visit a small temple of Kehen in Bangli. It’s a small temple with beautiful statue of Hindu’s Gods and a huge Banyan tree.
- Transfer to Sidemen.

Day 14: Sidemen and and The Surrounding
- You could enjoy walking around in the village of eastern Bali to understand the true Balinese life. The man works for rice and for the Ikad cloth, special of Bali.
- You go to Tirtagangga to visit a very beautiful water garden from the royal family of Karangasem. The fish basin cover some part of the garden and you could feed the fish. It’s a calm place with the rice field view and fresh air.
- Goes to Amed in the afternoon.

- During the stay, we don’t offer you lunch and dinner in the program proposal to give you the freedom to choose what you want to eat. You could invite the guide and the driver to have lunch together. Your guide will find you a local restaurant, not a tourist restaurant. He/she will take you through small path not for the tourist. You could give a direct note to the guide for the detail of what you are expecting.
